(Nasdaq: GILT, TASE: GILT), a global leader in satellite networking technology, solutions and services, today announced that it has entered into a multi-million dollar, multi-year strategic framework agreement with a world leader in UAV manufacturing.

High/Medium Altitude Long Endurance (HALE/MALE) Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) will feature innovative capabilities made possible by Gilat’s next-generation BRP60 satellite communications terminals.

The BRP60 is a modular SATCOM terminal that has recently been optimized with advanced capabilities increasing system robustness and reliability. With a 60cm multi-axis dish, it is configurable to work with Ku or Ka band satellites. Designed for new platforms and evolving drone designs, Gilat’s BRP60 is ready to adapt to sophisticated missions anywhere in the world.
