Alpine skiing TV, live stream schedule for 2022-23 World Cup season

NBC Sports and Peacock are teaming up to broadcast live the 2022-23 alpine ski season, including World Cup races, which begins this weekend.

The coverage begins with the traditional season-opening giant slaloms in Sölden, Austria, this Saturday and Sunday, broadcast live on Peacock.

The first of four stops in the United States – the most in 26 years – is Thanksgiving weekend with a women’s giant slalom and slalom in Killington, Vermont. The men’s tour visits Beaver Creek, Colorado the following week, as well as Palisades Tahoe, California, and Aspen, Colorado following the world championships in Courchevel and Meribel, France.

The NBC Sports platforms will broadcast the four American stops of the Alpine Skiing World Cup season, as well as four other World Cups in other skiing and snowboarding disciplines. All Alpine World Cups in Austria will be broadcast live on Peacock.

Mikaela Shiffrin, who won their fourth overall World Cup title last year, is the headliner. Shiffrin, who has 74 career World Cup victories, will try to close the gap on the only alpine skiers who have more: Lindsey Vonn (82) and Ingemar Stenmark (86). Shiffrin has won an average of five times per season over the past three years and hopes to race more often this season.

Among men, the 25-year-old Swiss Marco Odermatt returns after becoming the youngest man to win the general classification, the biggest annual prize in ski racing, since Marcel Hircher won the second of his record eight in a row in 2013.

2022-23 Alpine Skiing World Cup Broadcast Schedule
The program will be completed as the season progresses. All NBC Sports TV coverage is also streamed live on and the NBC Sports app.
